Wellbeing is work in progress in my life.
It truly is a life long journey.
My Story
My quest to discover wellbeing took me through many countries, career changes and work experiences. I searched in university libraries, did field research as a Graduate in schools around the world. As a PhD student, sponsored by BMW AG I looked at corporate wellbeing and corporate social responsibility. I was guided, pushed and inspired by my doctoral advisors from Humboldt University Berlin and Stanford University USA. This research gave me a rich theory and evidence based background on which I continue to build.
As a consultant for wellbeing transformation in international schools I learned about the hiccups of wellbeing system change: many good intentions meet many organisational hurdles. I learned to appreciate the small-steps-matter approach and I understood that dedicated and professional leadership makes all the difference to initiate positive wellbeing change.
On a holistic level, I attended endless Yoga Master Classes, meditation courses and as a Yoga teacher I saw incredible change happening in people, when mental and physical awareness, reflection and opening came together. I became the apprentice of a holy man in the Himalayas, secluded in a cave and at the biggest spiritual gathering the Kumbha Mela in India to learn how devotion translates into deeper meaning and inner happiness.

I am now at a stage where I integrate all of those teaching, stories and experiences. In my work I bring together head and heart. Skilfully and with devotion I offer myself wholeheartedly to this journey and the people I meet along the way.
